❌UPDATE ON ONGOING DISCUSSIONS WITH LUCID TRADING REGARDING OUTSTANDING AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS❌
We will present our working process with the Lucid Trading support team regarding unpaid affiliate commissions from November 2025 up to the present. Details about the commissions and the case can be found here:https://lucidtrading-unpaid.com
We have been communicating with the email address: Affiliates@lucidtrading.com. Previously, Lucid Trading’s partners were in contact with the following individuals; however, they later became unresponsive despite multiple follow-up attempts:
Jonathan – Affiliate Manager: Jonathan@lucidtrading.com Leo – Chief Operating Officer (COO): Leo@lucidtrading.com
1. On February 28, 2026, after we made the website https://lucidtrading-unpaid.com/ public, the Lucid Trading support team sent a threatening email as shown below, following several days of ignoring emails sent by partners.
We responded to the email in a spirit of goodwill and cooperation to resolve the matter.
2.On March 10, we sent a follow-up email regarding the matter after 10 days without receiving any response from Lucid Trading.
Lucid Trading announces the verification process.
3. On March 17, we sent a follow-up email regarding the matter after 07 days without receiving any response from Lucid Trading.
4. On March 19, they refused payment on the grounds that our account was listed in restricted countries.
5. On March 20, we responded to their previous email and clearly stated our position that their reason for refusing to pay commissions is completely unjustified:
Their investigation of our personal information with the payment platform without our consent is entirely improper.
Regarding the list of Restricted Countries, it was updated by you about one month ago, around the end of February 2026. Therefore, the commissions that we generated from November 2025 to early February 2026 are not affected by this policy. In addition, this policy only applies to customers who use your services. We are not customers; we are the ones who bring customers to you. This means we do not use your services, so this policy is not applicable to us.
In the original affiliate agreement that was signed, there is no provision regarding a list of Restricted Countries for affiliates, so the policy you are referring to is not applicable.
From the beginning, we have worked with you in a cooperative spirit to resolve this issue, but it seems that the process has been unnecessarily prolonged and reasons are being presented to avoid paying commissions. We brought real customers, and they have paid you, so paying commissions to us is obviously your responsibility
I would like to emphasize one last time that we are still acting in a cooperative spirit to resolve this matter quickly for both sides. All advertisements are still paused, and all other related activities are still on hold. If you intend to require us to complete KYC for the affiliate account, that is unnecessary based on your updated affiliate KYC policy on March 12, 2026, because the commissions from November 2025 to early February 2026 are not affected by this updated policy.
6. On March 25, we sent a follow-up email regarding the matter after 05 days without receiving any response from Lucid Trading.
Conclusion: After five months of working with the Lucid Trading team, we consistently approached them in a cooperative and negotiative manner. However, they repeatedly delayed the process and used various excuses to avoid paying commissions to their partner (we have clearly stated our position and possess signed agreements between both parties proving their reasons are completely unjustified). Ultimately, they chose to remain silent and ignore the issue rather than resolve it.
For a platform that lacks transparency and responsibility like this, you should carefully consider before using their services. We will continue to update this case on the following websites:
